Tennant 6200

Postby broomclean » Thu Mar 20, 2014 3:53 pm

I hope this is in the correct spot, I have a 6200 in our shop that all of a sudden will not move. Its the lectric version and it will not move forward or backward, nor will the brushes come on either...any idea where to start? The seat switch is good, i tested it out

Do you have a wiring diagram? Fallow the leads from the seat switch. 1 of them will go to a relay. Check the relay. First does it make a sound (click) when the seat switch is activated. if so then make sure contacts on the secondary side are making contact when seat switch is activated.
At least that is a place to start. with out a digram I am shooting in the dark.
