How do you deal with a high dollar contract supplied by a (large) company that is unwilling to make any changes to it?

Basically, my changes were changes for fundamental fairness. For example, if they can cancel with 30 days written notice, then I should also have that ability.

Is this a giant red flag and I should be cautious?

I'd appreiate any thoughts..

We word a 30 day cancellation for either party in our contracts. I've found that in some cases it helps with getting contracts.
