I have found that National service providers (NSP) like the one that has contacted you have a very strict contract and take a very long time to pay. usually they won't pay till they get paid plus 30 days so you may be out money for work preformed for 90 days or better.
Make sure their licensed to do business in your state, you should also require them to have a bond that you can go after if you don't get paid and it should be available ware you live.
There is a lot of information out there on NSP's and very little of it is good. Try doing a google search on national service providers. If you do not have any luck you can call me most any time. I am on 'Alaska time. 907-789-3725
