Signs/Potholes

Hey guys,

I'm roughly new to the site, but I was hoping some one here could give some hints on the following. None of the guys that we work with are handymen. So, I was wondering if anyone here could tell me the process of putting signs in the dirt as well as concrete?

Another thing is pothole filling. When the snow left the area it also left its mark on the ground. I now have a day to day increasing hole in the concrete. If anyone could tell me which mixes are the best along with the process it would be appreciated.

Thanks Dawn,
I appreciate any help I can get. It seems like this pothole mix is one of those issues that's in the dark. One website or blog supports one brand while another website or blog speaks of the same brand as being low in quality.
