late 90s Pelican was Dupont B8917. In about 02 we switched to powder paint and adopted the RAL colors.

Dwan is absolutely correct. The difference is the broom drive mechanism. The S can use most of the engine hp to dig. The new S has a hydraulic clutch to help reduce broken shear pins.

Pelican cab dust

Great news! The new pelican cab is completly sealed and is more pressurized and air is filtered whenever the fan is on even if it's being recirculated. For older models. the key is plenty of of dust control water.
