Customer Support

Dear Nite-Hawk team: I just wanted to take a moment to thank your crew for all the help they've given me with my new 400DX. :D Calling the factory and being able to speak with Tracy, Jon and Jocelyn directly was tremendously helpful, and John's assistance on two minor adjustments I needed to make wa...

Features you can't do without

I would like some advice from those of you out there that own Air Sweepers. As I'm looking to buy my first one, can you tell me what features or options you simply can't do without? I've heard that an automatic transmission is pretty much mandatory, but what beyond that?

Thanks,
Todd
