SAFETY SEAL® Tubeless Tire Repair Kits include everything required to make permanent repairs to most flats caused by nails or objects leaving a 1/4" or smaller puncture. Featuring a repair strip made of multi-ply nylon yarn that is impregnated with a rubber sealant and twisted into a fully dense material, a user simply inserts it into the tire using a T-handle tool to create a self-vulcanized, permanent seal without cement. Making a perfect seal at the inner liner because of the repair's chemical and mechanical bond, which prevents ply separation caused by air seepage, SAFETY SEAL® tubeless tire repairs were tested by an independent tire testing laboratory and completed a 42,824+ miles tread-wear test resulting in no evidence of air loss, ply separation or cord damage at the repair site.
